I’ve been coming I was 16 and they are amazing. The only problem is that there is not enough help, it seems like there are more techs doing pedicures then nails. Other then that they do an amazing job and I always get compliments and on my eyebrows.

By far the worst business I have ever dealt with. I booked an appointment for my mother and I to get a mani and pedi for MOTHERS DAY and two days before (3 min before they closed) one of the employees (KELLY, that’s the name she gave me) called and told me she wanted to cancel my appointment! I asked why and she told me that she was TIRED. It’s two days before Mother’s Day and you are going to cancel EVERYONES APPOINTMENT!!! I told her that, that this was very unprofessional and that it was very messed up. She said she doesn’t care and it is what it is. I told her I would write a review about how unprofessional they are and she said GO AHEAD ! So HERE WE ARE FOLKS. Now I have to find a different place a day before Mother’s Day!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had the worst experience ever. I’m telling you guys DONT go to any of the perfect nails because they are not perfect. Far from it actually. I wanted a fall design with glitter and I ended up with chunky not even nails with red tips like it was dipped in Christmas. The lady was Vicky in the laplata location. Do not go to her or any of them. She is not a professional and will steal you for your money. Recommend Diamonds nail and spa in Waldorf. An awful experience. The woman who did my nails kept saying my card didn’t charge, and it did and that led to three other employees all yelling in a foreign language. I went to Safeway and got her a tip….but messed up my pedicure in the process! It’s not worth it, y’all. I just moved to town….so looking for a new pedicure place

I wont be comin back, I waited 30mins in sitting area just to have my nails rushed and unprofessional done. 1. The way she applied nail polish was streaky asked to fix this and was not fixed. 2. I asked for matte in which came with an additional charge and a week later my nails no longer look matte 3. Its only been a week and i need a fill in already.

this is the worst nail spa i have gone to. i just got my nails done FOR MY SENIOR PICS that are TOMORROW. ive given this salon many chances and yet they always fail. they rushed the entire time doing my nails and when i would ask them to fix something, they made the OTHER hand worse. i have polish all over my skin and my nails are practically glued to the sides of my fingers. if i wanted a bad nail job then i wouldve asked a kindergartener to do it.
