Horrible just horrible. First and last time there. First impression I witnessed the old male named Andy be rude to a little girl because she didn’t decide on a color yet. Then he rudely told me it’s my turn and to sit. Then he asked what color and I told him I was still thinking about it but my tone let him know I wasn’t the one. Paid $65 for nails I could’ve done better myself but didn’t have the time to do so. Every nail is a different shape and length. Crooked. Don’t even want to get started with the paint job. Don’t waste your time or money.

New to the area and decided to check out this nail salon . I should have read the reviews before committing to get my acrylics set done . The nail technician was very sweet but I did see her struggle as she did a few mistakes on the nails and repainted it over . Then she filed it and it all came out crooked and uneven!!!!!

Went on a Monday for a gel manicure and my daughter wanted a full set of acrylics. We walked in and I asked for the prices. When providing the fell set price the man adds gel acrylics right?? And I said No Just basic ( he discusses it with his lady Co worker) so she shouts 50..I cringe but say ok and my daughter sits I declined my gel manicure for many reasons. Over hearing this the man starts filing my daughter’s nails and proceeds to ask her what shape she wants her nails. She shows him a picture and he stated $5 more! I said What?? Since when is the shape of nails an additional charge? I AM disgusted with the price gouging in my local area. I see it in many salons..so we walked out! Never again.

I have been a Dutchess County resident for many years, I’ve gotten my nails done at many different places. I’ve had good experiences and bad experiences. However, for my manicures, which I’m kind of particular about, I found this place by chance and I will never go anywhere else. Andy and his wife Mihn, as well as all of the other techs there I’ve worked with, have been great. I’m not one to give reviews, but I feel they both deserve it, because they have been consistently kind, professional, and excellent at making my nails look gorgeous. I’ve had great pedicures, waxing, all that other stuff at different places. But if you like your nails a certain way, these are the people to do it! (They do all that wonderfully here too, btw, but hands are hands, especially when you are a professional). And they are open on Mondays, which in my experience, most places in Southern Dutchess are not. Once again I’m not one for reviews, but I feel they are due. Because they are so nice and always make my hands look great!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went here for years and never got disappointed. I would always receive beautiful acrylics. Until my last appointment.. I went in, sat down and I explained to Helen that I feel like two of my acrylics were broken and would like them to get replaced. She looks at them and told me they were fine and didn’t replace them. After she finished, I paid and went home. The same day, one of the “fixed” acrylic fell off, taking my WHOLE real nail with it. Luckily the other “fixed” nail only chipped and didn’t fall off taking my natural nail with it…Unlike the other oneI went here for years and never got disappointed. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy mother took me here to spend time together with our niece and this was our first time. We had an appointment for 4:30. Now I can understand that clients run over on time and I wasn’t too annoyed about that, but they didn’t get to us until almost 5. Because of this, I had to cancel another appointment later that evening. I decided to get acrylics done for the first time since my engagement photos were over that weekend. I had wanted all black nails, and a design on my ring finger. The guy that sat down with me didn’t speak to me much outside of asking what I wanted. Which is fine, we didn’t need to conversate. I had wanted pointy goth style nails and had asked him to make them pointy and sharp. He muttered and I didn’t understand what he has said. I had wanted a Cresent moon on the ring fingers, and plain black for everything else. But he didn’t want to do the crescent moon because he said he couldn’t. I said repeatedly that it was okay not to worey about it. I’m assuming she was the owner, but I guess she tried to talk him through it and he just kept snapping at her. While he was snapping, he dremeled part of my pinky on accident. Then he began adding the acrylic onto the nails and I accidentally bumped my thumb. He then snapped that I was getting gel so I wouldn’t mess it up again. When it came time to do the ring fingers, the woman/owner and him started snapping back and forth and then he just got up and left and didn’t come back. The owner/woman rushed over and offered to put on a black tip & do the Cresent moon, which I thought was nice. My mom paid, and naturally the guy was back for that. When I got home I realized that the Cresent moons look so smudged and just, my 8yr old neice could paint one better. I was so disappointed. Then when I was able to see everything in the day light, the black nail polish is see through, and the nail shapes are all wonky and some aren’t even at all. I’m so disappointed. I now have to pay for another salon to fix all of them.Service: ManicureMy mother took me here to spend time together with our niece and this was our first time. We had an appointment for 4:30. Upon entering the salon the owner couldn’t have been bothered with a new customer. I began my manicure where they didn’t ask how I wanted my nails. They were made square which is great except the edges were never filed. I had to return home and file them myself. When painting my nails the person actually painted my cuticals. While getting my manicure the male owner thought it was appropriate to shave part of his head and rinse it off in the pedicure tubs. I will not be returning to this place.

Dip polish they recommended for wedding I have to attend is holding up fabulous…since done on Tuesday, I have gardened, painted a piece of furniture, travelled with luggage to carry, climbed Pikes Peak & they are STILL perfect just as Perfect Nails promised. Strengthening my fragile nails.

I am absolutely in love with Perfect Nails. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. Helen did my nails and they truly lived up to their name, they were perfect! She was very pleasant to work with. I am extremely picky about my nails, anyone who knows me knows this. But, Helen did such an amazing job and I am so happy. If you are looking for a place that doesn’t rush their work and pays attention to detail this is the place.

When I came in the older man was fixing a ceiling tile and did not come to help me until he was done. He started my pedicure and did not get the clue that I wanted to relax in peace even when I was on my phone or eyes closed- may be perceived as friendliness by some but I do not like to chat while getting my nails done. I asked several times for a more firm pressure leg massage and it took him a while to understand. At the end of my pedicure another woman took over and the landlord came in to fix more ceiling tiles. He was not focused on his job and this was not relaxing in the least. My toes look fine but I will not be back here.
