I had the hard gel polish done. They squeezed me in which was very nice of them and I did not have to wait very long. Vicky my nail tech was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately some nail places are very unwelcoming but I did not have that experience here. I would definitely go back my nails look beautiful. Vicky did a very thorough job she took her time and made sure everything looked great. I’m definitely satisfied with the results.

Best pedicure hands down!!!!! My Spanish girls really take their time with your feet. They get in the crevices I wouldn’t be able to get. And the foot rub …ugh … to die for. I get gel manicures all the time with them and they’re good as long as you show them a picture what you want . I always go in with a Pinterest pic whenever I don’t know what to get and they match it pretty well.

Made an appointment for two and was 20 minutes late. Receptionist completely dismissed me and just kept tending to other customers instead of letting me know how long I need to wait, even though there was over 5 tables available. Definitely profiled me and my company based on how we look and the clients that were in there. Despicable.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to, this business is a robbery. It took them literally 3 hours to complete a gel pedicure and a new set/ basic gel color, went in at 10am and left at 1pm after being charged $165 for this. The lady who calculated the price at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional, has the audacity to mention that I kept changing the design of my nails meanwhile the nail tech couldn’t even do the first two designs I asked for, one of them she told me she could do then was struggling with it so I told her to forget about it and asked for two little stickers instead, they must’ve charged at least $10 per sticker which is absurd. I have never paid that much for nails in my life, regardless of them being a new set or not. Not to mention the fact that my thumb nails aren’t even, and one pinky is thinner than the other. No nails are worth that much money, not even close. Perfect nails, you are thieves and should consider doing better. First and last time I’ll go here.

After moving to NY I have been trying to find a nail salon that does SNS at an affordable price and with great customer service and I’ve finally found it. Lisa did my gel pedicure, Maritza did my SNS manicure and Ann gave me my 10 min massage that’s included with my services and all 3 ladies did a great job. Not to mention, the place was clean, they are doing their best to maintain social distancing and offer that each client gets their own tools (file, buffer, etc.). I’ll definitely be back.

One gel set lasted 4 days and began chipping. When I asked them about it, the owner told me it was bc of my failr nails. I decided to experiment so I did another gel set with the same colors and it’s been 2 weeks. No chipping. At all. I believe the nail tech messed up bc she was applying the wrong color and I don’t believe she allowed that first coat to cure enough before applying the correct color. Just make sure you get the prices upfront and don’t let them forget about you. For the most part, they’re consistent.

Decided to give Perfect Nails a try, when I tell you I will never go anywhere else for a pedi again, its the truth!! They are amazing! Also I usually don’t stay consistent with my pedis during winter months, but experiencing Perfect Nail’s Pedi services, I have been consistent every 2 weeks you will find me there getting pampered !!! Decided to give Perfect Nails a try, when I tell you I will never go anywhere else for a pedi again, its the truth!! They are amazing! As soon as you walk in the door, you’re greeted by Max whose energy is vibrant, always puts a smile on everyone’s faces. Sue, who does my sns manicure does flawless work, she’s truly amazing. Claudia has been doing my pedicure for about a year now and she is so detailed oriented. Everyone here is so friendly, truly a joy to come here.
