Giving this place 4 stars because of convenience of location, and efficiency. As soon as you walk in, you have a woman take off polish/gel in the back, you wait like 5 minutes and then someone starts working on your nails. For UV gel it took 45 minutes, although it was 60$ without tip, and cash only. Decent job. Won’t be able to tell how good it is until 2-3 weeks for now if they can last.

I asked for gel. I input gel into check in. I got gel polish without uv…so, regular manicure. I would be completely unhappy if I had been charged for gel. I was charged appropriately. I do believe a language barrier is the problem. I am not bi-lingual. If it isn’t, then it must just be an attentiveness problem. Either way, it is a problem. I won’t be back. No, I didn’t point it out. I didn’t have time for them to start all over. Yes, it smudged on the thumb. The pictures were taken about 20 minutes after leaving salon.

Beware of Jason!! I had my worst experience there with nail technician by the name Jason. I had an easy request – clear gel manicure on my short nails. To start with, Jason did not cut sanitize my hands before starting working with them. He didn’t cut my cuticle which is actually the least harmful thing in this experience. Because technicians don’t sanitize their tools and equipment!!! That’s the requirement to all nail places!!! They may facilitate the spread of complicated viral and bacterial deseases.

My favorite nail salon. The family run business is very friendly and they do a great job everytime. My nails last for about 2 months. They even replaced my big toe nail when it fell off. You would never know the nail was artificial. Best service ever.
