I’ve been getting my nails done here for almost 2 years and I could never go anywhere else. They are professional and do awesome nail artwork! I always end up doing an intricate design and Vivian is incredibly accommodating. Every time I walk out of the salon I can’t stop admiring the amazing job they do every time. I continuously get compliments on my nails and I always recommend Perfect Nails to everyone. My nails never lift or break, even when letting them grow out for 4-5 weeks, 10 out of 10!

Went to cindy for a gel pedicure and manicure she was really good. She took her time, cleaned my nails nicely, helped me pick a good color and made the experience very relaxing. My mom saw another woman technician who she also enjoyed, she too took her time, did a nice job making the experience for her relaxing as well. Very polite, welcoming, friendly staff!

I went In for a fill with gel , the man wasn’t friendly and extremely rough. My friend was also there, we started at the same time and I was done before her polish even started? While I was waiting for her to be finished I noticed some nails had no top coat. I addressed this while I was there and the man seemed very annoyed. All of my nails are different shapes, it doesn’t even look like they’ve been filled and all of my nails have air bubbles on them. It honestly look like a home job. I called after I left to see about getting them fixed, I didn’t mention it while I was there because I was extremely uncomfortable. The man on the phone I talked to was equally annoyed by me and told me that I was wasting his time by having to come back in. I paid $50 for a service that was not done properly. He told me to come in to have it fixed one week later. It’s now a week later and I get a phone call from a tech there asking what I was getting done, she had no idea I was coming in to have the job corrected. I told her the situation , and made sure I wouldn’t have to pay for the service a second time. She told me to “ just come in because it’s been a week and she doesn’t know what the price will be”. I told her I live 40 minutes away and that’s unacceptable. I will NOT be returning here as I felt uncomfortable, unwelcomed and did not get a professional service.

After seeing a post on Facebook where a few different people had recommended Perfect Nailsas “the best place to get nails done in Cumberland”, I decided to come here for gel nail. I was quite disappointed by the service and quite frankly the guy did a terrible job! He left the gel clear coat globbed all over my skin on SIX fingers! This is the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten! Of course I noticed the terrible work AFTER I left. I regret leaving any tip at all.

I just got a manicure from Cindy and she did a beautiful job!! I wanted a simple French manicure for a bridal shower tomorrow and she made sure it was perfect for me. They closed at 7 and I came in just before 6:30 and she didn’t rush to finish the job even though I was there past 7. Very polite and professional 🙂 Gel manicures
