I’ve been a longtime client here and just love them. LingLing and her crew are very friendly and it is so special that they know all their clients by name. As their name suggests, my nails are always perfect after my visits. They’ve got a great selection of colors and brands, and they are good at suggesting the perfect one.

I love coming here! Everyone here does such a nice job at making me feel welcomed, listened to, and valued. Most places make me feel insecure about my feet but this salon makes that insecurity disappear. Joanna always does my manicures and everyone always compliments them. They offer a wide variety of high-quality regular and no-chip colors which makes me want to return here every payday!

I’ve been to this place twice and both times the amount of time it took to get my nails done was ridiculous. The first time when I got some heart details on my nails were smudged. But after waiting 2 hours for my nails I had to leave cuz I had a dinner appointment. The nails only lasted a week The second time I went again, again it took two hours for a gel manicure. The pedicure was fine. After 4 days, my nails polish was literally peeling off. The people are nice and friendly but after paying over 80 dollars for a gel manicure and a regular polish pedicure you’d think the quality would be better. I will say that my pedicure is still on after 3 weeks though.

On Friday April 12, I went in for a mani/pedi and opted for the no-chip mani with chrome finish, which was $5 extra. I had never had a no-chip before and was told it would last 2-3 weeks. Sold! It looked beautiful! I stared at my nails all day and got loads of compliments! Then, Monday rolled around and I saw some weird bubbling at the edges. Tuesday… I’ve got chipping, (minor) but what the heck? Each day it got worse and I found myself hiding my hands at work by Thursday. I went back on Saturday, it’s only been one week!! They made an appointment for me to come back later in the day to redo the mani at no charge, which I thought was OK. I was told the problem must be the chrome finish, so I opted for a non-chrome finish this time (no $$ back by the way). Looked OK when I left and I’m thinking I should have 2-3 weeks with NO chipping, isn’t this why I paid $144 for me and my sister to get this done? Wrong! Less than one week later (AGAIN!!) and my nails look so bad I’m gonna have to find somewhere else if I even bother to go to a professional again. Which I’m not sure I will, because I was doing it better myself. The staff was super nice so I’m bummed that this ended so badly, but I simply cannot drop this kind of money for such poor results. I was hoping to be able to provide pictures but am not seeing how.

Had a very uncomfortable experience. I walked in and sat down, somehow they thought they heard me say I had a gel manicure so I sit down to take the polish off and she starts grating away at my nail with a fail right on top of the nail….which I have absolutely never even see someone do to remove gel polish. I had regular polish on anyways and was trying to politely ask why she wasn’t using remover or acetone but she didn’t speak English. Finally someone spoke up and she apologized but they all told me that they HEARD me say I had gel polish…at that point I was very uncomfortable. They put lotion on your hands, put your hand in a plastic bag, and in a heating mitt…for also too long. Then she trimmed the skin on the edges of my nails for over 20 minutes which also made me squirm. I had just received a manicure last week so…they couldn’t have been that bad. I still had red polish all over my hands from my last mani because she didn’t remove all of the polish…they asked me if I was ok but I didn’t hear them since they were speaking with each other and not to me they teased that I wasn’t ok. I wanted to leave without polish because at that point was ready to get the hell out. Then it came time to pay before getting polish…oh boy….I still gave her a tip because we all have bad days but I still wasn’t happy. I go to sit back down and the lady I paid TOLD THE TECH HOW MUCH I TIPPED HER RIGHT AWAY….out loud and across the room. Does the amount of the tip equate to how well she will put the polish on? Why must you say it right in front of me? Why must you say it in front of everyone else? Left in a hurry and awful mood after the polish. Worst mani I’ve ever had and the techs made me very uncomfortable. All I wanted was to spend some time relaxing before work and change my polish. Not professional. I won’t ever be coming back here.
