Do not go here!!! After being there 3.5hrs for a full set and pedi I left the most disappointed I’ve ever been at a nail shop. I get gel on my toes and there’s like bumps and bubbles cured into them. The lady insisted on putting my socks on for me even after I said I would do it myself (because I had my hands in a bowl of acetone at the time), probably because she knew they were messed up. I didn’t even see until I got home at 8pm (my appt was at 4:30 and I left at 7:30) and took off my socks and saw. The lady who did my nails was horrible, the shape was TERRIBLE and bumpy. I asked for stiletto, showed multiple pictures and they were fat and dull at the tip with no apex. They looked like toucan sams nose from the side. At one point I asked her for the file to show her the shape I wanted and filed one hand MYSELF. She then took it back and started AGGRESSIVELY filing my nails and still didn’t do it right. My nails were bleeding from cutting my cuticles too! I will never EVER go back. This was my first time. They charged me for everything, pedi, full set, nail take off and cuticle trim.

I would leave 0 stars if i could. Had an appointment to get a simple gel manicure with black tip before my date on NYE, no extra stuff just a simple manicure. One lady came up shortly after I sat down to tend to me and after I told her what I wanted she passed me into the lady next to her who was already busy doing another customers nails. I sat there for 30 minutes after that interaction with the first lady before I was helped and there were only 4 customers in the salon(two pedis and one other mani besides myself)Fast forward to my nail experience, I said keep my length because my nails were already short to begin with so I wanted to keep what I had. The lady filed them down completely. Then when she began painting them, normally the nail tech will ask if that’s how I wanted them, if I liked them and also compare them to the other hand to make sure they matched. This tech did none of that and seemed as if she avoiding asking that question while she hurried my hand under the uv light so i couldn’t see. I didn’t see the nails until they were finished and they were very disappointing. They were crooked, choppy and the filing wasn’t even smooth to where the edges of my nail were bumpy and not even at all. I told her I didn’t like them and pointed out the many flaws, that in which she blamed my nail for! said it wasn’t crooked but it was the shape of my nail, the shape she filed them to! she didn’t offer to redo them she just offered to put a glitter line under the tip to even out the choppiness but it just made it worst and that wasn’t what I wanted. Then her next solution was to offer full nail color but again it was not what I wanted! Seems she wanted to just do what would’ve made her job easier, as if french tip wasn’t simple enough? Then the man comes over (I think the owner) and offered the same thing which showed me they didn’t care for customer satisfaction whatsoever. I told her just take them off, which she did. and then after it all, charged me 30$ for the “service” AND removal!! I couldn’t believe it! I left with absolutely no color and shorter nails than when I walked in and still got charged 30$! Based on the blatant disregard to my dissatisfaction throughout my entire experience I absolutely will NOT be back as well as my mother who had been a returning customer for some time. I would highly recommended somewhere else that is actually going to care if you leave happy because this place is not it!

Went in for a quick fill and polish change and the tech began aggressively filing off my entire set to replace ALL the acrylic (which didn’t need to be replaced) Kept filing my nails extremely hard with a large square file and made several of my fingers bleed. She kept filing and I wound up jerking my hand away because the electric file started to BURN my nail bed. I now have completely destroyed nails and had to just ask her to STOP what she was doing so I could leave. She kept insisting she would do a manicure which I hesitantly let her attempt so my hands wouldn’t look disgusting. I was then charged $25 and only got my cuticles cut even more. No proper manicure at all. My nails were never even reshaped. I now have completely awful nails with bits of acrylic and nail tips STILL ATTACHED that I have to remove myself and try to prevent my now overly thin nails from all breaking right off. I’m glad I paid $25 for completely ruined nails and a fair amount of pain. Awesome night. Don’t go here.

I started going to Perfect Nail Salon and Spa about 6 months ago. Never had any issues until this last time I went. I brought my mom and daughter for a little Mother’s Day outing. My daughter got a pedicure and her nails painted, I got a pedicure, and my mom got a fill. Worse experience I have ever had there. They had quite a few people there and one of the techs made it a priority to sweep for 15 minutes instead of helping customers.. Needless to say I didn’t get my fill and she charged me 120$ the day of services. A week later, I have a WHOLE NEW pending charge for an additional $45 from this nail salon. One that was made without my authorization or consent. I called them and asked who charged my card and why and Kenny gave the phone to the manager. She gets on the phone yelling saying she forgot to charge me for my pedicure with shellac… I told her that she was not authorized to make that charge and she said too bad. I hung up the phone and physically went in there. As soon I walked in, she started yelling, grabbing the original receipt saying she didn’t charge me for the pedicure. I demanded my money back and she argued with me for 15 minutes telling me she wasn’t giving me my money back because I need to pay for services. She slapped my hand, told me to call the bank. Kenny finally got up and decided to give me my money back so I would leave.. NOT because she stole 45$ from me, but because I was “too loud” LOL. Not sure how she had access to my credit card information, but I called my bank and blocked any future transactions from that company. Be aware using your card there.

I love this salon. Everyone there is an expert. Mona and Kenny work very hard at keeping the salon clean and safe. Everyone there is so nice. I moved here a few years back and tried other salons, but was not satisfied with any of them. The minute I walked in I loved it. They had recently opened and Kenny was still working on the interior. I have never had a bad experience there. Please give them a try. You will not regret it. The pricing is awesome and the service superior to any others I have been to. Keep up the good work guys. Customer for life!
