I’ve been patronizing this salon for a while. I did not have a manicure during Covid due to having sick parents, and being extra cautious. I had a 15.00 certificate for the business which I got right before covid hit. Did not use, and it expired. I called to see if it would be honored due to extenuating circumstances (covid). Was told they would not honor it. While I realize the certificates give you a year to use, I thought the pandemic would be enough reason to bend that rule. They have had my money for 2 years, I was going to spend more than certificate on my service. They lost a customer for the want of 15.00.

They went above and beyond and even stayed after hours to make sure I was satisfied with my nails. They are so sweet and it is obvious that they care about their clients. Also, after further researching the way that dip nails are supposed to be done, I realized that they were inappropriately using the same jar to dip everyone’s nails which is extremely unhygienic. I guess that I should just be happy that I didn’t get an infection. They persuaded me to get a dip manicure and stated that it will last 3-4 weeks. After two days, two of my nails started to have a cracked appearance. Also, after further researching the way that dip nails are supposed to be done, I realized that they were inappropriately using the same jar to dip everyone’s nails which is extremely unhygienic. I guess that I should just be happy that I didn’t get an infection. Waste of money and will never go back.

My mom is a regular and I have gone with her a few times. We are always pleased with the service. I got my nails done here with my bridal party and some friends, and the service was excellent, even with a larger party. The stylists are talented, and we’re always happy with our nails.

I’ve been getting my nails & pedicures done at Perfect Nails for more than 4 years. I’ve never been to a salon where I was cared about so much. They are happy to take good care of you and it truly shows in the work they do! They are professional, pleasant & artistic. I get many compliments on my nails and I always recommend Perfect Nails. Donna, the owner is truly a caring person…loves everyone. Phung is very talented and she’s got a down to earth personality. She cares about all clients and tries to squeeze in walk-ins. She feels really bad when she can’t provide a service for someone due to being booked. Renee is so adorable and is always happy & smiling. She too is very talented. This place rocks!!!
