I had a nail shop I went to on a regular basis. My daughter wanted to try them out because the old one wasn’t doing it anymore. The nail tech who did my nails did an amazing job. I told her what I wanted and she never complained one bit and did them exactly like I wanted. This is our new shop. I never get just plain painted nails, I always get designs and they never complained it was to much. The price was good too.

My experience at perfect nails was very nice! I decided to go very early in the morning, so I did not have to wait at all. I rate my experience 5 stars because of the young lady ( out of the two women there the younger one did my mani-pedi. ) who did my nails. She was incredibly nice and my nails came out amazing! Very satisfied.

The absolute worst experience of my life. Went in for manicure Tuesday by Thursday my nails needed to be redone. They refused to refund me and treated me like I did something wrong. They wanted upcharge me just to shape them so I walked out with boxy clipped nails. My cuticles look awful. I will be calling state board on this establishment. Don’t let Hien do your nails or Ashley ! They were rude and were rushing me. I was very polite and they were just all around rude

Unprofessional. They do good work but you can’t choose the tech you want. There is a language barrier. You may get what you ask for and you may not. The turnover in staff is frequent. The place is clean and looks nice but that’s all they have going for them.
