I have had wonderful experiences at this place, but my last visit was terrible. I will never let “Van” do my nails again. A friend of hers came in and they talked for an hour straight as she absentmindedly did my nails. My pointer finger is completely crooked, and all my nails are uneven in length from hand to hand comparison. After she was done sanding my nails down and was about to paint the polish, I noticed the end of my acrylic thumb nail had a ding in it from her trying to talk and shape them at the same time. When I gently pointed it out and ask that she even it out, she said it wasn’t her fault and that it was my nail. Like what? Took me forever and having to get another tech to come see what I was saying for her to realize what I meant, but even then she was very dismissive of it. Still isn’t even. Very unprofessional. Leave your Social life for after work.

I stopped by to get a simple gel manicure. They were not friendly. The man that did mine was very unprofessional. When done, the nails are not filed even. The polish is on the cuticle and sides of fingers. The nails just look awful. I made an appt to get it fixed Monday with a place that has excellent reviews. Do not go to this place, you will waste your money.

Got my nails done, today. Read the reviews, expected the worst. Abrupt, and loud, yes. Rude? No. Not even remotely. Very nice place and very nice people. As for the quality of the nails? Well, that remains to be seen, as it’s only been a couple hours. They look stunning… other than the shape. I can shape them myself. Not a big deal. If they’d been shaped to my preference, they’d’ve gotten 5 ☆ from me.

Another lady came in and he was very rude to her when she didn’t realize he was speaking to her at first. I asked for coffin shape and he gave me these atrocious square nails, I asked for white flowers painted over the green and he said he couldn’t do nail art. Disappointed I asked if he could just do an “S” painted on my ring finger and he claimed he couldn’t even do that, one of the most simple designs. I decided to ask if the other lady working could do nail art and he claimed she couldn’t either? This is a nail place who can’t even do the simplest of nail art? Another lady came in and he was very rude to her when she didn’t realize he was speaking to her at first.
