Critical: Professionalism, QualityHorrible experience!I walked in at 5:30 and asked for a 1 hour massage. She told me it would be 15 minutes so just go into a room and wait…and I did. The massage started at 5:45 and at 6:10 she told me I had 10 minutes left. I told her I paid for an hour and the massage just started at 5:45.So she says “how about half-hour since it’s busy.” I said “fine” but was upset about it. She then cuts the massage 5 minutes after she said 10 minutes left. She then tried to keep the entire $50 that I paid for the hour! I told her I wanted the difference back and she said “no tip?” I said no. What should have been $50 for an hour turned into $40 for a half-hour which I was not happy about. I will NOT be back.I almost forgot to mention that she left the room 3 times to answer customers that came in.
