Good haircut. Stylist listened to what kind of haircut I wanted and gave me a shampoo before cutting, which helps soften up my hair for cutting. $37 kinda pricey but at least it’s not $50. Hey, it’s Alaska so everything is a bit more. Would have been great to get receipt.

Do not go here for a haircut. I thought 3.5 stars meant this place would be semi-okay. Um no. It is not. The only option for a haircut includes a shampoo, which they STILL charge you for even you decline the shampoo. It was hard to tell how bad my hair really was when I was in the salon because the product they used made my hair greasy and sticky. Much more got cut off than I wanted. Also, I got 2 haircuts in one. Meaning my hair has extremely distinct lines, instead of blended layers. I’m going somewhere else to get my hair fixed because I never want my hair near this place again. Oh and it cost me $37 to get my hair completely ruined. AVOID. I’d include pictures, but looking at my hair makes me want to cry :'(

I called and asked how much for child haircut. Lady said 12 y.o. and younger $22.50. When I got there they tried to charge me $37 per kid. I said that my kids are 12 and 11. Lady said that kids are 10 y.o. or younger are charged as kids. Then she charged me $28 for haircut and shampoo. I didn’t get shampoo either. Not going back there

For as long as I have been getting my hair done at Perfect Look, I have had all the girls cut my hair and they all do a great job! They dont get enough credit for how fast, efficient, and precise they are with each individual who sits in their chair. This review stemmed from what I saw happen to one of the stylists this past weekend. Casey- 1. you are a great hairstylist 2. the hair it I saw looked fine 3. it is unfortunate to have trolls out in the community that sought you out and personally attacked you on all forms of social media and big review pages. Thank you girls for always doing a wonderful job all day/every day!

I took my son in for a haircut, he’s been growing it out all year and K messed it up so bad he now has probably the worst haircut he’s ever had. They also charged over $20 and didn’t even wash his hair even after I was told a haircut came,with a wash. Mine was done by Casey who over all was nice and did a decent job. My layers are a little awkward but she was overall a good stylist. K however messed his hair up so bad I’m taking him somewhere else to fix it. She then promptly left and got another associate to ring is up so that she didn’t have to deal with my complaint. Perfect look, I’ll never be back. Also, when someone is so upset about the lack of quality they are crying, you don’t charge them full price.

As a walk-in I was somewhat nervous, but after a brief wait, Astrid gave my hair the exact trim I had requested. I’m just visiting here and have had the same stylist at home forever. It can be scary to turn your hair over to someone new. I would highly recommend them. Cut was precise and conversation was engaging.

I booked color and cut but the colorist was off. Got a dry cut instead of nice shampoo and cut . The lady was friendly but when I came home I saw she cut a whole ( hair missing )with clippers above my ear ! No small mirror by artist to see mistakes so I found out at home. Let’s see if cooperate has a suggestion on how to fix it .
