Critical: ProfessionalismI have loved coming here, Scott is the only one ill have cut my hair. I have been calling for two weeks to try to get in with Scott, whoever answers the phone is nothing but rude, not professional at all. The first time I called I was told well if you don’t want someone else you’ll wait then I call again today again with same rude attitude. I have been calling for two weeks to try to get in with Scott, whoever answers the phone is nothing but rude, not professional at all. If I could rate a zero star, I would. We went in to get a cut for my husband and the gal cutting his hair said that running through the beard was included in the cut. Then at the end charged $10 for a beard trim. The edges of his beard were choppy, one side was trimmed thinner than the other, and there were junks of hair that weren’t trimmed underneath and on his neck. It looked like we let a 5 year old trim it. When he came out I went in to see if we could get a refund or if they could fix it. When I was explaining that it was not a clean trim, the girl told me that they did not have the right razor for a clean trim… so why are they charging $10 for a beard trim if they don’t have the right razor for it ESPECIALLY when we didn’t ask for it in the first place? When I asked her this she rolled her eyes and said she thinks it looks fine. I am a super level headed, non confrontational person, but I got super irritated. She was super rude and just rolled her eyes at everything I said. I was super disappointed that it is okay to treat a costumer like this there.

My wife and I got haircuts here and the store itself was rather dirty. I dropped a string cheese (don’t ask questions) on the floor and picked it up to throw it away, and found a ton of hair on it. The equipment inside doesn’t seem professional.

If I could give a zero I would. Manager did my hair was suppose to redo my highlights…….2.5hrs later my hair was orange and and the roots were the same color I walked in with. They offered to do it over with bleach thank goodness I was smart enough to walk out at that point. Also the hair cut I received was HORIBLE!! Went to have my hair done by a real professional and she said they did serious damage to my hair 🙁

I went in for a perm and that was 75 down the drain. My hair was fried after and more than the usual damage you get from a perm. I went to JCPenneys salon and the lady I worked with spent and your and a half getting rid of the damage that was done and told me that PERFECT LOOK definitely over processed my hair and didn’t take into account that I had bleached my hair in June. I did tell the stylist I had done so. The JCP stylist had to cut my hair basically ear length to get rid of all the damage. WAY shorter than I’m used to but feels and looks so much better. Oh also after my perm the perfect look stylist cut my hair but did such a terrible job my hair was uneven. Didn’t see the point of going to fix it at PERFECT LOOK. I usually never leave bad reviews because I feel terrible but please get your moneys worth and go see Pat at the JCP salon she’s worked there for 16 years and is AMAZING!
