Took grandughter in for 5:30 appt today, requesting a cut with some layers. Turned down shampooing however stylist Madison, did not even dampen her hair to cut it. Cut was completed in less than 10 minutes and is a mess. She is so upset. Won’t be back to Perfect Look. Haircut

Great day, great hair by Alexis. Walked in for a quick cut with long layers, left with better hair than I booed hoped for. I got pampered. Alexis was thoughtful to make sure i was comfortable with each step. She cared about making sure i looked great and was happy with the results. She didnt mind when i asked for so much more than a cut. I got a shampoo, shadow root, layered cut, blow dry, and style. Alexis did a great job and was great company to spend time with.

I had my hair shampooed, cut and styled by Madison. It is absolutely the worst haircut I have ever had. The shampoo was a laugh, she wet my hair, no shampoo just fiddled with it a short time and called it good. The cut is horrid. Jagged in the back, cut straight over the ears, not with the shape of my ears. How will I manage until it grows out and I can go to a stylist that knows how to cut hair. Plus it was expensive. $36.00. Very unhappy to say the least.

I brought my 12 year old daughter here for a simple shoulder length cut. Saw great reviews and booked online for a Shampoo/cut for $25.99. Showed the stylist a picture of what my daughter wanted. After washing and cutting, she blow dried her hair, then pulled out a flat iron and started curling the ends. I didnt think anything of it, some stylists have fun with kids’ hair. When done, my daughter walks over to me, and I’m speechless. Her hair is ear length, no layers and looks just funky, different lengths, and NOTHING like the picture we showed her. Then she totals me at $40! When asked why when I booked it said $25.99, she told me its because my daughter had longer hair so that was extra and she blow dried then styled it. Excuse, I DID NOT ask for you to do any extra styling, my daughter’s hair was only at her should-blades (since when does that matter?!) and since when does a blow dry not come with a shampoo/ cut? Sorry, will not be going back.
