Taylor was absolutely amazing! She listened to me, had suggestions and was wonderful with conversations. I had an extremely ugly experience at another local salon and Taylor made the previous mistakes disappear. I left feeling beautiful, well cared for and immediately made a return appointment. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came in December 4th to receive a balayage and I had a picture of the exact way I wanted it. Kan who I had been letting cut my hair for almost two years said she could do it. I went in at 12:30 and didn’t leave till close to 6pm!! Not only was I there so long but what was supposed to be color, trim, and style turned into a nightmare! I ended up with completely blonde hair instead of the balayage I asked for. My edges were completely fried. My hair has always been in layers but while she was foiling my hair she started cutting on it because it was getting tangled so after she washed it all out she was supposedly “trimming” it and it turned into a cut! It was such choppy work once I got to look at it! Everything was uneven and it looked like a kid got scissor happy! I have dark patches all around my fried edges and it looks weird! I have like 4-5 different shades of blonde going on in the back and I still had to pay for my service of $200 when I told her I was not happy with it! I called to speak to Nicole (the manager) the next week since she was out until then and she seemed to have understood where I was coming from and said she had to make a few phone calls to see what they can do for me since I asked for a refund but I’ve never gotten a call back! I tried calling and she was busy with a client and was told she’d call me back and never did! I never had an issue until now and I’m so furious! I had to find someone to fix the cut and now have to wait a few weeks before the color is fixed! I came in December 4th to receive a balayage and I had a picture of the exact way I wanted it. Kan who I had been letting cut my hair for almost two years said she could do it. I went in at 12:30 and didn’t leave till close to 6pm!! Not only was I there so long but what was supposed to be color, trim, and style turned into a nightmare! The state is open there are NO regulations and they still said they can’t have anyone “waiting” he is 1 month sleeping in a car seat. I asked what are single moms supposed to do? The receptionist said I don’t know but they can’t come here” I’m literally crying because I’m so hormonal and I was so excited to get my hair done and finally feel beautiful again.
