Easily the weirdest, worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I asked for a fade on the back and sides and a trim on the top. I got the weirdest, lumpiest fade I’ve ever seen. And the top wasn’t blended into the sides at all, it was like a bowl cut. The hairdresser kept asking me endless questions as if she had never cut hair before “should I use clippers or scissors? Does this look even to you? What should I do next?”. Really really bad. I cut my own hair during covid and never managed to screw it up this badly. Easily the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. The first haircut I’ve ever gotten where friends and coworkers have commented to me that they don’t like my haircut. Had to schedule a haircut at a better place to fix it.

My family and I have always had a amazing experience coming to this salon. Staff are very caring and experience. My nephew’s first haircut came out just the way I wanted and he didn’t even fussed. Marta was quick and got it done in no time. As a mother I also don’t trust anyone else with my daughter’s hair. We always come back. Keep up the good job you guys!

I saw Krista Masalta for a haircut for my daughter and I and it was perfect! My daughter who didn’t want a haircut in the first place left very happy with how Krista cut and styled her hair. I do not recommend “perfect look” because I felt rushed and they are incompetent and are trying to get you in and out as fast as possible cutting corners where ever they can. Such a bad customer service!!! Workers were rude and even the manager she was the worst!! My friend went to get a haircut and wanted to straighten her hair, what they were doing was totally unprofessional. They burned her hair, and made such a bad haircut, and she had to pay for what they did! They were even racist with her just for her accent. The ones who needs the clients is them, we can totally find a so much better place than this!!! Don’t even deserve one star!!!
