Went in to get a trim for my daughter and cut for me. Very rough shampooing for both, (my daughters head was sore for 2/3 days after it)not once did she ask if I wanted to see the back or if I liked it etc. I ended up seeing at home 2 uneven spots on me and my daughters was not straight across even at all, like I asked. Also when I paid she asked me if my daughter was OVER 10 and I told her she was 10 and she said she had to charge me for her as an adult. Then that’s what they need to put on the website, that CHILDREN PRICES ARE THROUGH 9 YRS OLD and not 10. She’s 10 and I should have been charged child price. Anyway, bottom line, my advice, just don’t go there.

DONT GO HERE!! Manager was standing outside chain smoking in heat first 15 minutes of my appointment. Then came in complaining how hot it is? Wow… had to converse and entertain her despite her tobacco breath so she’d do a good job. Manager was also supposed to oversee a rookie cut my wife’s hair, but failed miserably and then defended my wife’s butchered cut. We had to pay someone to fix it today.

I go in and see Carrie for my hair color cuts and styles and she is amazing, I wouldn’t go anywhere else its definitely worth paying the amount she charges. They are friendly there outgoing and get u in and out within about a hr or two depending on what ur having done.
