Apparently, I accidentally booked at the wrong location. But Michelle took me anyway. She did an absolutely fantastic job cutting my naturally curly/wavy, fine, not thick hair. Honestly, this is the best cut I’ve had in years! Even much better than cuts I’ve paid way more for! She was honest about what would and would not work with my hair. And, more importantly, she knew exactly how to handle my type of hair. I will definitely book with Michelle again.

I’ve been in here at least 4 times now, maybe more. I’ve seen a variety of stylists, and it’s absolutely a different experience depending on who I’m with. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 3 is because of Kendra C, and she honestly deserves 5 because she’s amazing and has always been so helpful and friendly and a joy to chat with, and I’ve never been disappointed with a haircut after she’s worked on it for me (I’m growing out a shaved head, hair is about 4-6 inches now and straight).

Came in today for a small trim on my long hair, as a hairstylist I know how the industry is as of right now, extremely short staffed and one cut after another. I walked in about 11 am and saw 3 stylists, a woman by the name Gayleen and 2 other girls. I was immediately helped by a girl named Kendra, she was really sweet and explained why my hair was lifeless and flat, I just wanted another stylists opinion . As we were talking Gayleen was sitting at a station on the iPad ignoring the people walking in and being extremely unprofessional. Coming from a salon I understand how it is and how sometimes it randomly gets busy. She was chit chatting with the other stylist and being no help to Kendra that was helping me, that really upset me, I felt rushed because she was getting no assistance with the other customers.

My hairdresser cut my hair so short my scalp is showing! I look bald and will never go to this Perfect Look again. Bree at the Roseburg store is the best, but my daughter wanted her hair trimmed so I needed mi e cut for so long, but bald was not part of the plan!!
