Booked a 2nd appt for my kid who had a perm a couple months ago at this salon. No issues previously and Kelly was great. When I book the appointment a week ago, no issues and everything was all set. When we showed up, all the sudden Megan said they couldn’t do the perm. SO INCERDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL when she was telling us this ” NEW POLICY.” Would have been best practice to let me know when I booked the appointment, not when we showed up at our appointment time. 0/5 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND booking with Megan unless you enjoy being spoken to in a disrespectful and arrogant manner. No thanks!

Made back-to-back appointments for myself and my wife. Granted, we paid no attention to which order they scheduled us, but I went in first with no issue. When I left and she walked in they refused to see her because she “missed” her appointment even though they KNEW the latter appointment was mine. It seemed simple enough to me that we should have been easily swapped, but common sense doesn’t seem to be in their wheelhouse. We won’t be coming back.

Walked in at 5:34pm with my son and baby trying to get my son a haircut. She was finishing up with a client and said it was by appointment only and that by the time she was going to b finished it was going to be late by the time she had to clean up. If you won’t serve the public till closing, 6pm, you should change your “business hours” and flip a sign. I’ve worked in customer service many years and this place is lacking. Id give a zero if I could.
