Kat did wonderful w/ my haircut! I mentioned to her that on a whim I wanted to cut my hair, so instead of going to a professional, I took some scissors and started whacking away. She didn’t judge me for the terrible haircut I gave myself and was willing to fix it for me. She even took extra time to make sure everything was lined up and even (because I have wavy/mild curls and gave no thought to how butchered it would be after cutting it.) My hair now looks even and I’m so pleased w, it! Definitely recommend.

I made an appointment with Heather based on all the positive reviews. I showed her pictures of what I wanted. I most definitely did NOT get the hair cut I asked for. It’s significantly shorter and not layered enough. I have very thick, wavy/curly hair and I look like I have a mop on my head. Maybe she just doesn’t have much experience cutting my hair type.

My mother-in-law went in this morning and asked if they were accepting walk-ins or if it was appointment only. Her normal stylist said it was appointments and that there was one available at 1pm. So she went back at one, but had been rescheduled with someone else. She started with hair just past her shoulders, and asked for 2” off the bottom and just clean it up everywhere else. She told the stylist 3 times that it wasn’t straight, but somehow the stylist couldn’t see the problem. When she tried to explain the problem, my mother in law was called rude between the employees in front of her.

I made an appointment with Kim W. for a haircut and we started talking about my color (which was dreadful). Kim said that she had a bit of extra time to work me in for a weave in addition to my haircut. She listened and understood exactly what I wanted and I walked out of there looking like a million bucks. My husband is thrilled with the color and cut and Kim’s got another forever client. Barely took a glance at the reference picture, had to remind her halfway through the haircut that I wanted a forward facing cut not side. Haircuts not even remotely close to what was requested it was like she was going as fast as possible to get it over with. Time to wear a hat for the next three weeks
