I walked into the salon on a whim after dropping off a package at UPS. Serena was able to schedule an appointment for me later that day. I arrived at my scheduled time and she was ready to give me a long over due cut. My hair was very long and extremely thick. She was fast, pleasant and gave me the cut I requested. The price was very reasonable. I would go back to her for another cut.

If you are wanting a haircut , do yourself and your family and friends a favor and drive right by this place. Two different occasions I have attempted to get a walk in hair cut and have been denied due to not having a appointment. It is displayed right on the sign for this business “ family hair care without appointments “ . Both times there has been 2 or more stylists with no clients. I’m sure I’m not the only one this has happened too. This place needs new management/ ownership asap.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI came in for a simple trim for my hair/bangs. When I walked in it REEKED of cigarettes, snd the lady at the front seemed bored, and wasn’t very friendly. Okay, maybe lunch break/cig break just happened. They scheduled me for an hour out, no big deal. Came back and it smelled just as badly of cigarettes! I told the lady exactly what I wanted, just a trim and that I like my bangs tapered down to frame my face. She cut a couple places on the back of my hair, then cut my bangs in roughly 3 minutes, straight across. I asked her to taper them down, which she did but not making sure that both sides were even. All together I sat in the chair for about 7 minutes and then got charged $26 bucks! That is the most any walk in place has ever charged me. The lady completely screwed up his hair. We just asked for it to be cleaned up, now it’s short and uneven.
