My 16 year old daughter had her hair bleached at the roots no color and had a trim the stylist charged her 150 for that, all though she was quoted 65 for The bleach over the phone. I signed a consent form but didn’t stay while it was being done because the price was already talked about with my daughter, and I didn’t think I’d have to worry about something like this we never have had to any where else, and she was going to add the trim on top of it. When I heard the price they charged her I called the salon, The stylist lied tried to tell me that she told my daughter before they started her hair that it would be 150 ( my daughter has had her hair done many times And wouldn’t of agreed and would of went somewhere else) she also told her coworker that the price was on the form before I signed it which was another absolute lie, I would never have agreed to that. The fact that the stylist saw a young girl by herself and decided to take advantage of my kid and charge her way more then what was spoken about is absolutely disgusting, I would understand if it were 20-40 but 85 is an apparent scam. Definitely going to be making a complaint with BBB. Becareful with this place they obviously have no problem taking advantage of underage clients without an adult present for the entire service. We Shouldn’t have to worry about kids being taken advantage of when getting any type of service but we definitely learned a lesson this time

I’m also of a certain age where color and highlights make a big difference. I’ve been known to make an appointment just before a business trip so I can look and feel my best. She cuts my hair and trims my mustache regularly. My hair always looks nice when she is done. She is always pleasant and makes recommendations on how to cut my thinning hair.
