I would also give them zero stars. Even nearly a year later I haven’t gone to any salon because the experience here was so awful. I asked for highlights and the woman took 2 hours, kept walking away to do other things while wrapping my hair…then I wanted a TRIM and she kept cutting and cutting. They charged me double because my hair was thick. I’ve had my hair highlighted for YEARS, and it never took more than an hour, and I was NEVER charged more than everyone else. I hate to be totally negative, it makes me sick; but I think they gave me PTSD, as I haven’t been to a salon since (this happened in July 2021, and I’m still very upset).

Critical: QualityI’m only giving this place 1 star because the lady thatdid my hair was sweet but she did a horrible job as far as actually doing my hair properly. I took my extensions in to have her match the color of them to the color i needed my hair to be. She found the color of my extensions perfect but mind you my hair was already a dark red to begin with which obviously didn’t match my bright red extensions. So instead of bleaching my hair and then coloring it so i get the same bright red as my extensions she just added more red to red that was already in my hair which in turn made it darker than it was suppose to be. So it was just a waste of my time and money cause i could’ve done that myself at home. Very good treatment. The perfect look by sportsmans has a horrible manager and treated us very bad. We called the owner and he sent us here and we got treated very well. This perfect look fixed what the other messed up and we were happy with our hair cut.

Called to ask if they had walk in availability in 10 minutes, they said yes and got my name. On arriving there 10 minutes later I found twice as many customers as barbers, had to wait another 5 minutes before being acknowledged. They told me to have a seat and wait. Waited another 15 to 20 minutes as they moved through customers, often stopping to chat for a few minutes at a time. After twenty minutes one barber asked another about me waiting for a while, the other barber replied that she’d get me next, directly in front of me without actually speaking to me at all. Finally one called me over to sit down, then took another 5 minutes to begin. She didn’t say a single word during the 10 minute cut. Haircut was somewhat mediocre, left a tuft on the top back uncut, didn’t show me the back of my hair when she finished, didn’t trim my sideburns after cutting the sides of my head down lower than the burns. She also lightly brushed a washcloth on the back of my head to get the hair off, and neglected to get loose hair off of any other part of me. Haircut cost nearly 18 dollars. Would not go back.

I used to go to the Perfect Look in Woodburn. Unfortunately that store closed. It was at the outlet store mall and I believe it was a bad location. Wonderful people and service. I do miss them. I am very particular about my haircut. I will tell you that this one isn’t even close. I should have taken a picture of the haircut before I HAD TO CUT IT MYSELF!! Never again will I ever go there! I am a local guide for this area and I give honest reviews. Actually this is the second time I went there and wasn’t particularly happy about the haircut that time either but sometimes people have bad days. I understand that. That’s why I went back. Well, not any more. It wasn’t a perfect look for me.

I would give this location 0 stars but it won’t let me. The lady ruined my hair! I asked for my hair to be re-layered and that I didn’t want much length taken off because I am trying to grow it out for my wedding (and my hair grows slow). Despite me telling her this she gave me a freaking mullet!!!!! AND THINNED MY HAIR with thinning scissors. I AM SOOOO PISSED OFF! WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE! I had to try to fix it myself when I got home because it looked horrible! only time will fix this now. thanks for nothing.
