Would not recommend to be honest. They need to update their prices and not say “ this is gonna be an extra ten dollars” for every little thing, just stick to a price. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualitySo my sister is getting married today first of all they called an hour before her appointment and told her they had to cancel doing her hair because her salon lady called out. We called them and told them “so she supposed to cancel her wedding and they said oh no we’ll go ahead and do her hair.” we show up and they tell us not only can we not go and wait in there with her but me as her photographer cannot take photos of her getting her hair done. On top of that they won’t even put the veil or tiara in her hair! Mind you there is nobody in the salon not one person it would only be us. Every other salon we called would be willing to do this. Unfortunately no one has appointments because it’s last minute. So thank you perfect look for ruining my sisters wedding. I don’t normally review but thought this was worth noting for others. Went in to get a trim and that gal was pleasant and did a good job, no complaints there. She finished my cut, hair wet still, and goes “okay you’re good to go!” It’s 40 degrees outside. When I asked if she could dry my hair as well, especially to see the finished style let alone it was nearly freezing outside, she told me it would be an extra $27 charge. Nope. So just a heads up, the hair cut is affordable, but if you want dry hair before you leave, be prepared to pay over double.

I got my hair cut at perfect look a few years ago hear buy a man and it was a good place to go then. but today I was in town trying to get my hair cut there and there was only one person cutting hair there an lots of empty stations all I can say is perfect look needs to hire more help as there was only 1 person being worked on and I was told least hr wait and I had to to get back to work so I whent over to the KT another salon in town ..

This was my first and last time going to this place. I went in for an A line bob with some layering for texture. I can out with an uneven choppy hair cut. Problem is they don’t blow dry your hair so you can’t see the problem till you get home and exam your hair. I ended up going to Snooty Fox in town and they fixed it right up for me. It took almost over an hour to fix what the lady at the “master station” did. Save your $20 and go somewhere more professional.
