Went today for a haircut & met the new stylist Lacey. She is wonderful, excellent, friendly! Manager Angelica always awesome also. Stellar staff at this point and I’m very happy. I’ll go there every time now, highlights in September & continue with monthly haircuts. It’s pretty much always walk-in but very short wait if any. 5 stars!

Clean. Friendly. Very short wait after the scheduled appointment time. Website has horrible user interface. No options to find first available slot for a given stylist. Time slots don’t refresh if you change dates. You have to start over each time. Prices have gone up considerably. Stylists get to know their clients which is nice.

Critical: ProfessionalismI stopped in at 1:30 on 6/13(Sunday) to try to get my hair cut. There were 2 stylists sitting in the chairs looking at their phones (no customers). One gets up and I start to tell her I need a haircut, and she says we have appointments soon and are all booked for the rest of the day… I turned around and walked out.The sign on the door says family haircare without appointments lol. Hailey did an amazing job! She asked how i wanted my hair cut. I wasnt sure how to best describe the kind of hair cut i wanted but she undestood. I have curly hair so if she needed to make any adjustments she asked me first before chopping away. I was very happy with the results! Super nice and super welcoming! I would recommend her to every one!

Critical: QualityI really value the length of my hair but occasionally I need to go in for a trim. I came in and asked for shorter bangs and about an inch off the back, and I left with the squarest bangs in the world and like 2-3 inches gone. horrific.And this was after specifically telling the stylist I liked my hair long. These gals are great! I’ve gone to them for a couple years now. They are friendly, work with what YOU want and are extremely helpful and competent! Beatrice is great! The other ladies I’ve had have been great as well. I went to them for my first time EVER dying my hair, they rocked my world! Just recently I went to get an ombre look and BAM! Nailed it! Love them and would ALWAYS recommend them!
