I have about four years going to perfect look for my haircut that especially I go to where Misty is working, previously I went to clackamas because she worked there but now I am going to Oregon City because I love how she works she is excellent doing her job and also a great human being! a perfect look thanks for having employees like Misty.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had an appointment with Misty at 4, she wasn’t ready and asked if she could call me when she was ready. I said that was fine and then received a call at 4:28. I wanted an A Line like I already had, but I didn’t want any cut off the front. I even offered pics, but she told me to put them away because A Lines were her favorite and she knew what to do. Unfortunately she hacked my hair into a short bob! And she cut about 3″ off the front even though I said I wanted to keep the length in the front. My hair was so short that it was above my chin. It looked so horrible that I wanted to cry. I called the next day and explained my situation so they set me up with a fix up appointment with Lila in Milwaukie. I then learned that I was also supposed to be getting a wash with the price of my haircut. Lila was surprised at how bad my haircut was and took pics. There wasn’t much she could do because my hair was already very very short, but she did make it look like a bit more of an A Line. I was told that she’d vogue for me to get a refund considering the poor quality of the haircut and the fact that I didn’t get my hair washed. Well, I never got a call about the refund so I called a week later to check in and still haven’t received a call back or a refund. It’s been a little over two weeks now. I’m not desperate for cash, I just want to be treated right!
