I wanted my hair short enough to where I didn’t have to pull it into a ponytail everyday anymore and the lady did a great job and gave me the exact haircut that I wanted and getting your hair washed came with the haircut, they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for it. We came in for a haircut today the lady that cut my hair has been doing it now for 3 months I don’t know what was wrong but she was just off today she tried to spray my hair with water rather than wash it and then she started cutting and cut 4in off the sides of my A-line to make it even with the back I was horrified! Now I have to wait eight months for it to grow out this is just awful

Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, ValueYesterday came in, a very nice lady named Katherine greeted me. I’m from Vancouver so of course due to the pandemic Washington State salons weren’t open so I couldn’t see my usual hair dresser which by the way is phenomenal at her job. So as I was saying Katherine was super nice and got me in the next day. She did a pretty good hair cut for their prices but the only downside was she didn’t even blow dry or style my hair :/ but for the price and great customer service it’s worth the money. Yesterday came in, a very nice lady named Katherine greeted me. I’m from Vancouver so of course due to the pandemic Washington State salons weren’t open so I couldn’t see my usual hair dresser which by the way is phenomenal at her job. So as I was saying Katherine was super nice and got me in the next day. She cut more than I wanted off (no biggie – the ends were needing love) but there are literally only two layers and they are straight across! Stopped in after work to get a very long overdue trim. I showed her a photo of what I was wanting – I had long hair and wanted flowing layers. She cut more than I wanted off (no biggie – the ends were needing love) but there are literally only two layers and they are straight across! Critical: QualityI made an appt to get my haircut, first time in 2 1/2 months due to the pandemic. The girl working has no idea how to cut hair. I asked for a number one faded up and finger length on top. I have to say it’s the worst cut I’ve had ever. Although the “stylist” was friendly, she has not a clue how to cut hair. My drape kept falling down, used a blow dryer and got hair all over me. Just not experienced at all. Will never go back to this place. Always satisfied, always leave feeling amazing even after work all week on nights and staying up up day to make it happen. A more efficient look that gives my sleep deprived look more character. I feel at ease, I feel happy. I feel safe, that’s my place to bond , feel confident, slef reflect. So glad I ended up going here for a cut and partial perm. I wanted my hair real short around my neck and ears and a short curly perm on top. My hair grows in a duck tail on my neck and could never find a stylist that cut it without it sticking out. My stylist Bonda cut it perfectly and gave me a great perm. I have been back several times since and every time I’ve been very pleased. Just remember it’s 1st come 1st serve so you may have to wait. Just go on a day you don’t have much else to do.

Misty is fantastic! She’s working Fridays and Saturdays now and worth waiting for. She took alot of time with me looking at pictures on her phone and she’s a good listener. I got the exact hairstyle I wanted! I just love it! The lower price made it a great value too. More money to tip her with! Lol
