Critical: ProfessionalismWe tried coming in to get a haircut a couple of weeks ago but were told it was appointment only. That makes sense, but they should list that online. Today I brought my two kids in, both 12 and under with back-to-back appointments. We were NOT told on the phone we wouldn’t be able to wait with the other child while one was in a chair. When I arrived I was told I could not wait with the other one. I understand and support guidelines under current circumstances, but we were the only appointments. There would have been four total people in the building and the note on their door says 10 people max. Despite my stating my strong disappointment that I would have to leave one of my kids alone – either with her or in our car – she wouldn’t budge and never once apologized.After both haircuts got done I was told it would be $32 despite presenting two $5 off coupons. When I mentioned this the rep apologized and took one coupon. She said a “kids” cut is already discounted and no coupons apply (doesn’t state that on the coupon) so my oldest got a “normal” haircut that we could apply the coupon to.Two very disappointing experiences within a couple weeks of each other. We tried coming in to get a haircut a couple of weeks ago but were told it was appointment only. That makes sense, but they should list that online. It says “without appointments ” right on the sign, but are now requiring appointments. Turned away without an appointment. Only 1 person works there, understaffed. Won’t. Go back . Update, now owner replies trying to blame covid. BULL****! Covid restrictions have been lifted! Great clips just down the street didn’t need an appointment and got me right in. Enjoy your empty store.

Staff was great. Had my two small girls come in for a cut. Staff did a great job with thw hair cuts but also followed covid precautions. Clean, nice, great hair cuts. What more could you ask for. Definitely will take my kids back.

Usually in customer service, it is the customer who is rude and hard to deal with; in this case, the service provider is the one at fault. During a recent visit, the stylist was nothing less than mean. Not only did she ignore the haircut length/style request, she got sassy and said, “Would you like to finish this yourself?” She made references to “not understanding your English,” and then when asked to get the manager, proclaimed herself the manager and threatened to call the police if the haircut was not paid for.
