Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had many issues with the price, the cut and professionalism. My boyfriend and I went to get a haircut and there was only one lady which is fine. His haircut was alright but when she started doing my hair she asked us normal questions but asked about his job, then started accusing him about a burger she had (where he worked) that was not good/raw. Even after he repeated he didn’t work on the day she was served. After, she rushed through my haircut quickly pulling the comb threw my hair causing pain, parts of my bangs and hair missing multiple spots, and we payed $50.00 for just two cuts nothing else. While doing both of our hair she constantly got on her phone in the middle of our cuts.My mother ended up fixing her mistakes. I had many issues with the price, the cut and professionalism. My boyfriend and I went to get a haircut and there was only one lady which is fine. His haircut was alright but when she started doing my hair she asked us normal questions but asked about his job, then started accusing him about a burger she had (where he worked) that was not good/raw. Even after he repeated he didn’t work on the day she was served. After, she rushed through my haircut quickly pulling the comb threw my hair causing pain, parts of my bangs and hair missing multiple spots, and we payed $50.00 for just two cuts nothing else. While doing both of our hair she constantly got on her phone in the middle of our cuts.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in today wanting a adventurous color change (platinum and pink) and a cut, The manager and also the stylist there (Lisa) both advised that they did not have the colors to do it and that the posters went way beyond their capabilities (they couldn’t dye hair platinum blonde or do the styles). The place was empty, So I decided to stay and just have them color my roots (basic brown) and add blonde highlights and a shoulder length basic cut. Easy enough right?? I guess not. The stylist spent 20 min if that cutting, coloring, and highlighting my hair ( I went into the salon at 11:30 and was done by 12:40, and 45-55 minutes of that was for the dye to set) Then she set a timer for 45 minutes, and left me sitting there to go eat her lunch in a back room. Meanwhile the owner sat at the receptionist desk and played on her phone and completely ignored me. With 12 min left the stylist came out and grabbed the timer took it and went back into her room. Eventually she came back out to wash and blow dry my hair, but was interrupted by her phone ringing in the back and had to go get it. When everything was done I was charged over $100 and even tipped her $10 (was taught to always tip) only to get home and find out that I had dye stains in several places on my face and maybe 5 (if that) highlights that are barely noticeable. After the added bonus of the worst customer service EVER. (I know my bad for not checking my hair while in the salon, but was irritated by their service and just wanted to get out of there. ) My daughter went over there to make a complaint after seeing it, instead of them trying to right the wrong, the stylist told her that she was in a time rush to do my hair earlier because they were busy (the salon was empty the entire time, with only one other customer coming in to get her bangs trimmed by the manager), And tried to give her a rundown of the charges. That’s a lot of money to spend for roots and a few highlights and VERY poor customer service. I will never go back to this salon and will make sure to let everyone I know not to go there either. I could have gotten a better result at home using a boxed dye. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueChy was absolutely wonderful. I wanted about an inch cut off and she did fabulous with my hair. Completely fixed up my dead ends. She was very Professional, had very good timing and very friendly. The other lady there (Stacy I believe is her name) was also very professional and extremely nice as well. Chy was absolutely wonderful. I wanted about an inch cut off and she did fabulous with my hair. Completely fixed up my dead ends. She was very Professional, had very good timing and very friendly. The other lady there (Stacy I believe is her name) was also very professional and extremely nice as well. I will definitely be going back there ❤️
