Overall the haircut SUPER fast! The front of my hair is super uneven and soooo many missed spots. It felt so carelessly chopped. Wish I could get my money back cause it seems like I’ve gotten better haircuts at school salons. She was nice but just didn’t seem to put any effort into my haircut.

My husband went in for a trim and came out less than 10 minutes later. He wanted a trim along the sides and longer on the top. He came out with an incredibly patchy haircut that was just so poorly done. The woman was nice, but had no idea what she was doing. He also asked for his sideburns to be trimmed/faded and she abruptly (and unevenly) hacked them off. We had to go to another salon to get it fixed and the stylist there even commented on how many spots were missed and how patchy it was. Pretty pricey too.

I have always gotten good haircuts from Perfect Look…I haven’t had a bad experience yet. They’re friendly and usually get me in right away with minimal wait. I give 4 stars cause 5 stars is reserved for the baby basket treatments.

All I can say is that I regret coming here and wish I could get my money back. I was so in shock, that I paid and left but I should have stood up for myself better. I have bad anxiety and can’t really do confrontation. I’ve never had an experience like this. The people were nice, don’t get me wrong, super nice. But from shampoo to finish I was there total of 10 min. I have long hair and needed a trim w layers and was told that is what happened…. She didn’t even section my hair out! I honestly don’t think she even cut my hair!! I’ve never experienced this in my life. I should have known better when I had to wipe a ball of hair off my chair before I sat down. The station hadn’t even been swept between clients. (They were not busy) So I couldn’t tell if my hair had been cut by what was on the floor. I went to isu cosmetology the next day and had a real haircut for half the price. I’m almost in tears because of the money I spent here. Especially these days.

I was looking for a new colorist and stylist. I found one. She manages the place, she did a very good job. Might add more red in my color next time for the pop. My haircut is great. Only downside is she overbooks, but, I had to work on finding my color and I always bring a book with me to pieces, so not a big deal.

The people were really nice but the gentleman that was cutting my friend’s hair said that he was going to cut five inches off. She literally only has 5 inches of hair to work with. The whole vibe in there was really weird. Not inviting at all! I stopped the guy and told him to cut only one inch. I’m sorry but you don’t start with five. And they charge way too much for a haircut
