I was referred to Sebastian by his son, who had no openings when I dropped in his shop a few blocks away. Sebastian, however, had an afternoon slot and fit me in with little notice. I’m glad he did. An old-school barber who knows his craft. I’m as good looking as physically possible (in my case) now, thanks to his skill with the scissors 😉 Do him a favor and bring cash or check, as I said, he’s old-school and we are all trying to beat rising prices (including credit card merchant fees!). PS, I’m from Texas/Florida and will plan on getting my hair cut here every time I come to Hartford.

I’ve been using Seby for 9 years and he is truly the best. He remembers exactly how you like your hair and is just an all-around good guy. In fact each of his kids are hairdressers/stylists too! In the blood. I highly recommend Perfect Look. Very reasonable prices and always dependable. Flexible too.

I would definitely go here again! I was visiting Hartford and called around town to get a haircut that day. No one would take walk ins until I called here. They told me I could come in 15 minutes and they’d get me in. I got a great haircut! She knew exactly what she was doing and was super friendly. Also a great price for the type of haircut! I will definitely go here next time I’m in town!
