I went in with three different tones and styles of a brown into blonde ombré pictures of what I wanted and I came out with none of the looks I wanted, and I asked for curtain bangs and the girl I had didn’t know how so I had regular bangs, and I ended up paying $104 for nothing I even wanted Hairstyling

Critical: QualityI hadnt had my hair done in over a year. My girls and I have used this salon before with positive results, it’s close.to my house, so I made an appointment over vacation. I showed the girl a picture of a darker balayage with mushroom brown as the highlight color. I explained my hair was fragile as it’s fine, and whatever we did, please stay away from the copper/gold tones. She had someone else come over and explain “ash blonde was difficult to get”. I explained again darker was fine. I just wanted the effect and an ashy color. I didn’t pay attention as she foiled. I assumed she knew what she was doing. When we went back to the rinsing bowl she poured toner on, made no attempt to rub it in, and left it for approximately 2 minutes, saying yep that’s all it’s going to do. I was also surprised she barely ran some conditioner through after the process. Most are pretty good about making sure moisture is restored after a process. I was shocked when i looked in the mirror . The entire bottom half of my hair had been “bleached”. No blending, no piecing, just this extremely dark almost black color on top that went to a drastic splotchey orangey in some places, bright white in others bottom with a defining line, as if I had dipped my hair in a clorox bleach bowl. She was young, and excitedly said “well I think we got what you wanted. ” She said my hair didn’t need trimmed because it “felt really healthy”. I didn’t want to hurt her feelings, if it was healthy I could throw color on it in a few days. She curled my hair and I went home with my black, orange and white doo, trying to be a good sport about it all. The real problem came when I went to shower for the 1st time and my brillo like brittle ends that were “healthy” in the shop began to break off. I was horrified. I couldn’t go back to work looking like I did, the orange prices had now crinkled they were so dry and drizzled out all over. So I ended up paying double what I did in Aurora to a salon in Republic that honestly performed miracles given what they had to work with. I did end up losing about 2 inches of hair, and I’m sure I will have to keep trimming. I’m not saying no one should ever use Perfect Images, because there are some really good ones there, I’ve met them. But…be chosey, because after this experience, I’m thinking the standards aren’t always high.Service: BalayageI hadnt had my hair done in over a year. Always friendly and do a great job. I’ve had different hair stylist each time (due to my wacky schedule) and I’ve been consistently happy. They all seem to be a good team.

My girl is hard to.please with her hair, but she loved this place and the treatment. Got the cut she wanted and Regina wouldn’t quit until she was happy. Very reasonable prices also.

Love this place and the girls that work there. They all do a great job!! The owner Melissa Essary works hard to see that her salon and stylists stay up to date with the current styles. The salon offers not just hair, but nails, waxing, makeup, facials and massage. Great salon!!
