I got a 10 minute hair trim from Kristy today and I was expecting a$29 for this service as advertised. I was charged $41. I complained to who I think was Grant the owner and he said $42 haircut. I told him I would not be back then and he said “OK. If I had known I would not have given her a 6 tip. I was overcharged. I will not go back!!!! He said $41

I walked in and the aroma about knocked my boots off! The salon is so crisp and clean, you could eat off of the floor. The receptionist was very sweet and he was great with helping me. I shared that it was my first time there, and I was greeted and welcomed by the owner. She gave me her card the moment we met. I felt extremely welcomed, and the people are very kind who work here. The tanning beds are amazing. So excited to support this amazing local business! I recommend 12/10

I have been coming to this salon for over 10 years and they were AMAZING, with no complaints, up until the last few years. I have brought two of my kids in for haircuts (both had to be fixed a few times) and my hair has had to be fixed (multiple times) with both cut and color. **I will say Brooke did an amazing job on my other daughters hair previously and Grant has ALWAYS done my hair PERFECTLY (and has always been super friendly and understanding).**Those two are very hard to get scheduled with, for understandable reasons.

The salon is clean and relaxing, the receptionist was very attentive. My haircut by Kristie, however, was a disaster. I had not done a cut for two months and was excited to get a longer pixie. I specifically said this and held up a picture of the cut I wanted now that my hair was long enough.i held it up throughout the cut. I kept emphasizing long layers. I now look like a boy! Although I was not charged for the cut, I am still in tears. If I go back, it will not be with this stylist.

After going to great clips and getting okish to terrible hair cuts I finally came here after my mother-in-law recommended it to me. The staff was very nice and they even got me in the same day! Grant did a fantastic job cutting my hair with what I thought was a vague description of what I used to have years ago. I’m very happy with my hair cut and will definitely be back!

First time I went to this salon for a haircut. Very clean, very polite receptionist. Extremely welcoming. I brought a picture of a haircut and style that I was hoping I could get. The stylist I had was Beth, she was absolutely fanominal. I am so pleased with her work and the outcome of my hair. I have finally found someone who listens and talks to you, not at you. I will be returning for all future haircuts. Great place to go.

Beautiful hair salon in old building remodeled downtown plainwell. We took our son to get his hair cut there yesterday and the workers were super nice and did a great job. You can tan, get your nails done, eyebrows, eyelashes, and much more! Very Beautiful inside and is quite big!

Aimee’s professionalism and talent cannot be matched! I got my eyebrows microbladed by Aimee and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Every morning I wake up and am amazed by how awesome they look. She matched my brow color perfectly and each stroke looks so real. They look incredibly natural, which is just what I asked for. Finding a TALENTED permanent makeup artist is rare – go to Aimee. She is the real deal.
