Perfect Haircuts & Nails

Critical: QualityI am so disappointed that I have to write this. My family recently moved within walking distance of “Perfect” Haircut. Their name suggests false advertising and could not be further from the truth.We’ve given this place four too many chances to provide an adequate haircut. All have forced us to return to get their work as corrected as possible or settle. My son got a haircut here in mid-March which was uneven on the sides. We settled here and corrected it at home. This was followed by two visits by myself which both required returns for correction. The left side of my head did not match the right in the first instance. There were uneven hairs in the back after the second.Today we returned for our final correction after one of the “barbers” or “hair stylists” shaved my son’s head at one length rather than the 1 on the sides and finger length he’d asked for. When we returned and alerted them to the error they got very defensive and suggested that they had done what my thirteen-year-old asked. While they definitely did not leave his hair finger length, a hair stylist should be able to make a customer’s hair look better than when they walked in.
