Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis was my first and LAST trip to this place! SHE SCALPED ME!!! I wanted my hair short and even took in pictures of the style my hair was to be cut. She (Can’t remember her name) took very little interest in looking at pictures. I even had one pic that was too short and told her so but she goes chopping away. After the first couple of chops, I knew it was too late to say anything. SHE was scissor happy!! Then when she is done, she says ‘Want shorter?'” I said “NO, it is too short NOW. It is suppose to be LONGER!” No apology or anything! Just shuffled me out of the fast as she could. Where do they get these people. I have got my hair cut in the Apopka area 4 different times and NOBODY has cut my hair correctly. Mia the owner has been cutting my hair for 15 years. She does it in 5 min. And does the best job i ever had. In fact i would rather have her or naw do my hair than anyone . i would set in a lawnchair in a driveway in the heat if mia was cutting my hair than going anywhere else. Verry professional and verry nice people. Best in town period.

Made an appointment for me and my 16 year old. We arrived on time. They had lost the appointments. One lady took my daughter back immediately and just hacked her ends off. I was told I would have to wait a while. I left and I will never go back. I took my daughter somewhere else and had them even her hair out. Waste of 20 dollars. Also, another woman kept walking around refusing to cut anyone’s hair. It was 10 in the morning and she kept saying she was leaving as soon as somebody else came in to replace her doing nothing, I suppose.

Based on my experience I find the workers to be very rude . I’ve been here a couple times when I was younger with my mom with my mother being there they were nice . So I decided to go back to get my hair highlighted a older American lady very nice and kind enough to try to accomplish the style At first she was iffy about doing the job which I understood bc my hair was a dark brown which is a very hard color to bleach . But as she was doing my hair the other coworkers kept making remarks and staring witch made me feel uncomfortable . Well today about a year later i go in to get my hair cut yet again as I walk in I all ready feel judged by there looks so I tell the lady I want my hair cut after she washes my hair and begins the process she makes a rude remark I brushed it off . I try to make small talk she ignores me . She brushed my face with a comb not only one time about 3-4 times . Then she leaves my hair as is doesn’t brush it out or even ask if i wanted it styled which I would’ve wanted and even payed more . I’m officially done with this salon I’m not sure if it’s bc I’m young and they think it’s ok to disrespect me or if they think it’s ok for them to be rude . The environment is not welcoming and it honestly made me feel uncomfortable .

i asked for a fade and lady shaved my head. stay away from this place. And then she blamed me for it and said i did not give her a right description??? serious lady?? I said i just want a fade… how do yo not know what a fade is?? she didnt even apologize to me… and kept running her mouth so i got up and left… please stay away from this place!!!!
