Even after showing multiple pictures of the type of style I wanted, my hair was cut nothing like how I wanted it. The haircut itself might be a 3 out of 10, but what really hurts is feeling unheard after providing suggestions and instructions on how I wanted my hair cut. Saying no to someone’s preferences, especially with regards to how they’d like to look, is incredibly rude. Cut off so much more hair than I wanted her without even asking, and insisted that I looked “much better now” after I brought it up.

I have been a customer with Julie at Perfect Hair for about 8 years. When I first met Julie, my hairdresser of several years had just retired. I assumed it would take a few tries to find a new salon with someone I liked and trusted. I decided to give Perfect Hair I try and that’s when I found Julie. My requirements are few, just a man’s haircut, and it’s very easy to do.
