Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis salon is absolutely amazing! I usually go in to get my eyebrows done and I’m always satisfied! This time I went in to get face bleaching and a facial with Dipali and WOW she made my skin feel and look amazing!! She is such a doll and made me feel so comfortable! This salon is absolutely amazing! I usually go in to get my eyebrows done and I’m always satisfied! This time I went in to get face bleaching and a facial with Dipali and WOW she made my skin feel and look amazing!! She is such a doll and made me feel so comfortable! Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been going here for quite a few months now and never really had an issue. I started having to go on the weekends due to work, and oh my god what a mistake. I went yesterday and asked for an eyebrow threading and tinting. I waited for about 10/15 to see someone who works there (no problem they are short staffed- i get it) i told her it was no problem waiting. Two other ladies were waiting as well. She proceeded to rush me into the chair without even asking what I wanted. I had to stop her and tell her what I needed done. She rushed through my normally 35-40 min appointment in about 15. I have a nice gash on my lower eyelid now too. My eyebrows look awful too I spent all night scrubbing because she didnt ask what color tint i wanted and they’re way too dark. I wouldn’f have minded waiting!! I told her multiple times! I guess I should have come back another time. I’ve been going here for quite a few months now and never really had an issue. I started having to go on the weekends due to work, and oh my god what a mistake. I went yesterday and asked for an eyebrow threading and tinting. Positive: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going here for over a year now and the brow specialists NEVER fail to make my brows the best they can be! They’re all very nice, and it’s a clean, friendly atmosphere. My only issue is that a few employees do not wear face masks, and if so they are not correctly worn (covering mouth and nose). As someone vulnerable to COVID-19, it does not feel very safe to have this work done without proper protection between us both, so be warned for anyone else looking out for the virus and their safety. I’ve been going here for over a year now and the brow specialists NEVER fail to make my brows the best they can be! They’re all very nice, and it’s a clean, friendly atmosphere. My only issue is that a few employees do not wear face masks, and if so they are not correctly worn (covering mouth and nose).
