The sign on the door said walk ins welcome. The girl working there nearly tripped over a chair running to the back so the lady doing a pedicure could tell us this place was by appointment only. The only person in there was a lady getting a pedicure. This should tell you something if the pictures in the reviews don’t. The hair cuts look bad. Like someone put a bowl on their head and cut around it. Glad she didn’t cut our hair!!!

Absolutely awful. Upon requesting natural highlights, the stylist dyed strands of my chestnut hair platinum blonde which were concentrated at the roots – that’s about as unnatural as can be. She tended to her child more than me, barely interacting with me and scolding her daughter for various things the duration of the hour. I can sympathize to an extent, but that’s no way to conduct business. I had to go to another salon to correct my color and all the stylists there agreed it was a botched service. Needless to say, Perfect Hair Salon is certainly an ironic name and I recommend this place to no one.
