I had a last minute whim to get my brows and lashes done before a trip, and lucky for me they took walk-ins on a Sunday. They got to me right away, and before you know it, I walked out looking fabulous. She took a lot of time to make sure she did exactly what you wanted. AND great prices. Arrived at this location at 10am on the dot to get in and out to get my brows threaded. I typically go to my eyebrow lady in Midtown, but didn’t feel like making the drive. Upon arrival, the building was ice cold, they were understaffed because of late employees, and were not prepared for business. There were only a couple of people in front of me, but they were getting waxed in another room. When I inquired if there were other employees there to provide other services, the desk assistant or whatever his title was, was unapologetic about the level of service or experience for me as a first-timer. I explained to him how this wasn’t a great look for a business and he seemed put off that I had the audacity to call this out.
