Went here because of the high rating. I was growing out my eyebrows because the last place I went to left my brows thin. They ended up worse than before. I let the lady know I just wanted a clean up and to please not leave them thin. The lady who did my brows left them thin and left one of my brows wavy. I’ve never had my eyebrows this messed up. This was the location near the Regal Cinema.

I looked at some reviews and thought this place would be awesome but I’m very disappointed. They quickly took me in with no appointment and I asked for a clean up. The lady didn’t ask me what shape I wanted or anything like that and just started threading. My eyebrows came out COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SHAPES from each other. One being way too thin and the other one okay. I went to the one near the Regal cinema.

They butchered my eyebrows and had the nerve to tell me that my original shape did not look good. The lady did what she wanted and did not take what I wanted into account. They are now too thin and I have an event this weekend. She also did threaded my eyebrows so rough that I have 4 cuts along my eyebrows. And to confirm, this was the location on the second floor by the movie theater. Horrible service, please avoid this place at all costs

Disappointed and won’t return. Service was rushed and chair has no headrest, so you need to hang your head back the entire time. I was left with one wavy eyebrow and one very noticeable thinner eyebrow. So now I get to pay double by having to get them shaped elsewhere. Save your money and go somewhere else. Eyebrow threading

I chose to go to this place because the other eyebrow threaders at Springfield Town Center had poor reviews. There was someone ready to service me when I arrived at 4pm on a Sunday. They explained the difference between threading and waxing and followed my arch from waxing. My eyebrows turned out exactly as expected, except with less redness which lasted 30 minutes or less. The process is a little more painful than waxing but much friendlier to the skin — no rashes or prolonged redness. This location has a rewards program. I will be returning.
