I went there a couple weeks ago and I’m not from the area. Yes, she did do a good job on my eyebrows. But, I have NEVER received that type of customer service… she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Also, she was very aggressive when doing my eyebrows. I’ve been getting my brows done for years and this was the worst experience. When I went to pay, she made sure that I left her a tip and of course I did. By reading the rest of the reviews, I’m not surprised with the horrific customer service I received. I will never be going back and I’m honestly still shook on how rude she was. I believe her name is penny.

The name Perfect eyebrow is no exaggeration. She does an excellent job on me I’ve been coming here for months shes always very nice and polite never rude to me or anyone else shes also very efficient at her job. There is another place called perfect eyebrow and ive heard that they are not very nice so dont get it mixed up with the one on Baldwin road in auburn hills the only real perfect eyebrow.

I’ve been here multiple times only because I like how she thread my eyebrows. Threading wise, yes she has the skills but she switches her price every SINGLE TIME you go! I understand your eyebrows get a big rough after a while but I’ve constantly been a regular despite her being rude and rough because her skills were there. Today she tried to up-charge me about 30$ for the same thread and tint! That’s ridiculous. And after I refused the tint the threading was 20$ when all the prices are listed right in front of you.

I’ve been going here for years, never had an issue until recent. My eyebrows don’t get really super bad, so I’ll only come in once every month or so. Last time I was in, she had told me she’ll have to upcharge me because I don’t come in as often as the other girls? Because I don’t NEED to. That was the last time I’ll step foot in there. She lost a customer for sure.

I have been coming here for years. I have refused to go anywhere else because she has always done a great job. This time I cannot say the same. It was very busy so I feel like she was rushing- my eyebrows look unrelated- one is way too thin. I didn’t ask for it to be fixed because I do not like my eyebrows thin and had been actually growing them out. To make things worse she charged me extra because I waited long than 2 weeks to come back (I was growing them out). I will not be going back.
