I am a massage therapist for 24 years. Most places are not good if not horrible. I love the massage this place offers. I do wish they didn’t make so much noise and talk so much outside the rooms in the hallway. It really disrupts the enjoyment of getting a massage.

Perfect Day Spa is by far the best massage place I have found. BoBo is my favorite, however she is the only one I have used. She is from China and KNOWS the body’s meridians very well. I have been going there for the past year and a half. Recently, I was introduced to the hot mud therapy. Wow! Unbelievable! It has Chinese herbs in it along with other healing agents. It is amazing! I was skeptical when I first heard about it, but gave in and decided to give it a try. I could actually feel the toxins leaving my body. I felt relaxed, light and refreshed when I left. The best part is that I slept like a baby for several nights after. It’s definitely going to be something I treat myself to again…and again…and again!!

Had a wonderful massage with Amy. She applied the perfect pressure and had great technique. Really happy I tried this place out. It was very clean and organized. I wish it was 50.00 or less for a full body hour massage but she was able to take some knots out in 30 minutes. When I’m in the area, I’ll definitely stop in again.

I went once and had a great deep tissue massage. The masseuse recognized tension areas very well. After the massage, the moment when I was leaving a tip was awkward and very upsetting. I said I was leaving a tip and the masseuse began negotiating a large tip that I declined. She explained that she worked hard for me and used her thumbs to massage my knots (that’s what a massage is). I agreed to her amount, then she said it was $5 dollars more for tax. I said no. She called another woman over to the counter, they spoke to each other, then removed the $5 amount.

Perfect Day Spa in Roseville I went.“Anna” was absolutely the top massage therapist of my life. I’ve had hundreds and hundreds of massages!I did 60 min with added hot rocks.
