Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI called in to schedule a consultation for color/highlights and was able to meet with Leigh just a few hours later. Leigh was absolutely wonderful listening to what I wanted; making good suggestions and we scheduled my appointment for the next day. She did a beautiful job doing balayage highlights. The color is perfect and I’ve gotten nothing but compliments. Leigh’s customer service is top notch and her knowledge of color is top notch. I couldn’t be happier. I called in to schedule a consultation for color/highlights and was able to meet with Leigh just a few hours later. Leigh was absolutely wonderful listening to what I wanted; making good suggestions and we scheduled my appointment for the next day. She did a beautiful job doing balayage highlights. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI am very protective of who I let cut my hair and don’t like to change hairstylists but after I moved I knew I needed to find someone new. I found Perfect Day through work and honestly, I couldn’t be happier! The facility is clean and relaxing. My stylist Andrea, took her time, showed great attention to detail and overall, I knew she cared about my hair just as much as I do. I am very protective of who I let cut my hair and don’t like to change hairstylists but after I moved I knew I needed to find someone new. I found Perfect Day through work and honestly, I couldn’t be happier! The facility is clean and relaxing. My stylist Andrea, took her time, showed great attention to detail and overall, I knew she cared about my hair just as much as I do. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI Never had an issue with communication until yesterday. I had an appointment with Andrea set back on the 30th of September for the 28th of October at 10 am. I go in at 10, just to find out that Andrea quit two weeks prior, and no one at the salon called me to let me know what had happened. I wouldn’t have been upset if it weren’t for the fact that I wasted my time going up here after a 12 hour night shift, just to be told information that could have been told to me two weeks ago. I Never had an issue with communication until yesterday. I had an appointment with Andrea set back on the 30th of September for the 28th of October at 10 am. I go in at 10, just to find out that Andrea quit two weeks prior, and no one at the salon called me to let me know what had happened.
