Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBrittany is a crook and awful person. She does not know how to do extensions and will ruin your hair. She’s a disgrace to the hair community. Over charges refuses to fix , the right way at least, will give you wrong directions then blame it on you. And is overall rude. If you want 6 inches or more of your real hair to come out after a painful brushing of many rats nests and you wanna pay close to 2000 then by all means go here see her. On top of it she’s very rude. I am currently in a legal process to get my money back that she basically stole because of the over charging and ruin of my hair.
