I went yesterday, and i left in pure shock. I asked for a low taper, and even showed a picture since my barber didn’t really understand me, and i received a half bald without a fade haircut. and it got so bad to the point that A WHOLE DIFFERENT BARBER stepped in to try to fix it. The past few times i came here it was a good experience, but lesson learned i’m never coming back unless hichem is there.

These guys used to be very good. Now they do the haircut as fast as they can and pay little attention to details. Perhaps the high demand that they have now is making them do that but their work is not good anymore. I will never return to this place.

I love this place or i use too. They get more customers and grow and get a little arrogant. They violate OSHA & Health department regulation & code by failing to clean cutting utensils even following a straight razor shave that get some blood and even old hair on it. Not even rinsed off and is required to be sterilized as a means of administrative law codefied at the state level and they are at serious risk of being reported due to risk of the spread of blood borne pathogens with no routine or required sterilization protocol. They also close earlier now and is very hard for me to work with their schedule and often there is no way and i simply look shaggy this week and the last and the one before. 5-6 weeks no service because It they close early now. It seems they are falling away from their humble days of greater respect and effort due to their success. They seem disconnected and bothered with my business. I guess I help them with their problem of too many customers. This way they can leave early and hopefully have time to clean the razors at minimum before someone get HIV from a haircut or they suffer terrible OSHA investigation and subsequent fine and/or suspension of barber licensing on file. They lost their more humble attitude from the early days and dont seem worried about retaining customers as they use too. Also, my ex girlfriend is providing escort services (why I left her) and i mistakenly mention this when asked about why we part ways. Recently I discovered some of the workers took advantage of her service while even discussing me at times and playing both sides which is very ackward to think about. Very inappropriate and for me I feel betrayed a bit. They have whole slanderous conversations about me & play both sides I hear. Not only is this unprofessional but cowardly & definitely lacks good character ethics/morals for business, friend or assoociate in general. I would have said 5 stars hands down in the past but this time I want to give 2 except they still provide great looking edged cut for hair and beard…eye brows…even nose wax. 2.5-3.5 stars
