Critical: ProfessionalismThey changed their hours of operations and often times will not answer the phone call or update their website information to let you know they’re changing their hours of operations or set a voicemail letting customers know that the hour of operations are different. They changed their hours of operations and often times will not answer the phone call or update their website information to let you know they’re changing their hours of operations or set a voicemail letting customers know that the hour of operations are different. I kept calling this Monday and kept getting hung up on and when I got there they were closed had they posted their info I would not have gone out of my way to go somewhere that is physically closed.

Been a customer there for over 30 years til today as I have a schedule as well & the counter girl on the middle of my credit card payment takes a call that was asking for salon info rather than put them on hold she makes me stand there as she’s answering all sorts of questions n giving prices how rude & unprofessional, I walked out very disappointed
