I was drastically disappointed with this business. This was my first time receiving a service and I would rather never do my nails again then go here. It’s so disappointing because the business has so much potential. The salon is clean and very organized. The staff are all attentive and very friendly. However, none of these things matter when the actual “nails” they are doing look horrible. I don’t know how this business received over 4 stars…I went in at 1:30pm and left around 5:30pm. I wouldn’t even be so upset if my nails looked good. 4 hours and over $100 for my nails to look like I did them. Please go somewhere where you will get your moneys worth. The owner also tried to overcharge me not knowing that another staff had already given me the price I had to pay. Please see the pictures attached and you will see for yourself that this place is horrible.

This was me and my sister’s first time coming to this place, and we were very satisfied with our nails! 🙂 We’ve been to other nail salons in Lowell, but we’ll definitely be coming back here for the great service. The staff were friendly and did their best to make sure that our nails looked good and that we liked the final product. I also appreciated my nail tech for making sure that the nail drill wasn’t hurting me. I love how my nails turned out and can’t stop looking at them!

Update: Went in today to fix 2 nails that broke off in less than 2 weeks. Only to be charged the same amount as the original set. The “new” sets have scuffs and the tech quoted me $40. [i don’t think i should have to pay when the 2 nails popped off before they should’ve).When i proceeded to pay the other tech came up and said its actually $50 because of the length. The same length I asked the tech doing my nails to shorten but she seemed tired of buffing the nails down and said the nails wouldn’t look as good shorter. My nails are shorter than they were originally, no design and cost the same as the original set. I will not be going back. I hope the manager sees this, as I will also be calling to speak with her about this.

I love this place so bad. I came here every 4weeks for my fullest dip powder and design. Every time are always the best they are not only look pretty it always ask supper long at least 4 to 5 weeks for and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The tool and the salon is supper clean and hygiene

So I just got my nails done and I’m not super happy. Let me start by saying the woman were both very nice but you could tell they were stressed. I made my appointment for 3:30 and I didn’t get tended to until about 4:30 which I was okay with waiting because they were both nice ladies and were busy.
