First time getting my hair cut here, recommended to me by my brother. I was skeptical at first, like most people trying out a new barbershop but did not regret it one bit. My barber, Tony, was very professional and kind. The place itself was very clean and maintained well, spacious as well with plenty of tv’s and a pool table in the back.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValuePerfect blends has that city barber shop vibe a dying culture. Tony is an elite barber that is always perfecting his craft. Personally my hair is extremely difficult to fade and he does it Perfect every time, highly recommended Tony and his shop for that barber shop experience.

Critical: PunctualityNot timely in providing haircut. No advanced notice given that the haircut would be delayed in excess of 50min despite having an online reservation.I received a call about 50min after my review from the owner that was unprofessional in tone and very aggressive with no intention to improving the customer experience through his communication. I ended the conversation early because of the unprofessional manner the owner conducted himself. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau (BBB).Response to Owner’s Rebuttal: Timeliness is a part of the service, so no lies were communicated. As I said in my review I was not given ADVANCED notice of you running behind for my 4pm reservation. You informed me –when I arrived at 3:55pm– that a 2pm appointment among others were waiting for service , which demonstrates poor time management as a business owner. I hope you reflect on this feedback and strive to improve every customers experience in your barbershop instead of taking that energy to articulate your sensitivity to criticism.
