Natalie on the phone was just really rude. I tried to call to make an appointment just to get my hair dyed but the entire phone call was awful. Ive never written a review for anywhere in my life but the customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Salon seems nice and I was looking forward to getting my hair done but that ruined it for me.

Small space, not a spa by any stretch of the imagination. Hair area is closterphobic and the gossip here is hands down nonstop, if you are looking for relaxing spa feel it isn’t here. My “trim” took about 12 inches off my length- just glad hair grows back.

Was quite disappointed with my hair cut. Also management was very rude when I called in my complaint. Basically blamed me for the uneven cut and one side looking like it was cut in a blender. She didn’t even ask to see it. I then asked for a refund and was offered only 50% until I demanded a full refund. This was my second visit here. The first visit was wonderful. Got a great cut and therefore the reason I returned.
