I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I should have looked at reviews before stopping in this place. It’s not where I usually go- but this was the side of town I was on because my bf works across the street and I had brought him lunch. Asked for a balance and I usually get a soft natural ombré to a sparkly tip. It looks the best during regrowth for me and allows me to go longer between balances. I have never had a problem with the regrowth still showing after getting my nails done. My edges aren’t even filed evenly. When I brought it to the attention of my tech, other techs came over to try to explain why it looked so bad…. Ended up leaving after paying very unhappy with the owner yelling at me that I have no idea how to do nails and let them do their job. Maybe more training is needed, because they obviously can’t get the job done very well.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My mother told me when she came here she experienced racism. A nail tech called her “Taco Bell”, because she is Mexican. This is extremely immature and rude behavior. Absolutely disgusting.

I regret giving them my business. My normal salon was booked (because they’re awesome) and I just needed a balance so I decided to try “Perfect” 10. The nail tech was extremely rude to me. He keep saying “stay” to me like I am a dog. He refused to trim down my acrylic when he did the balance, telling me he needed to keep them the length they were. Barely 48 hours later my thumb nail broke!! Because the terrible tech put too thin of a layer of acrylic over during the balance and he didn’t listen to me when I requested my nails be trimmed down a bit. I prefer shorter nails. But what do I know, I’m just the customer…but not their customer ever again.

Wow, wow, wow this place was awful from beginning to end. I arrived at 3:30 with my friend for two pedicures, and we put our names on the list and were told to come back at 4:00. They also put our names on their appointment calendar in the 4:00 time slot. We left and ran an errand, and got back at 3:55 and saw that two additional people had signed in on the walk- in list for pedicures and were taken back. This means two people without appointments came in after us and were taken ahead of us while we were waiting.

Perfect 10? More like Perfect Zero! I have had my nails done several times and a few times I was completely disappointed with the work. I get a dip but last week I switched to gel bc I am tired of solid colors and within 4 days my nails peeled and broke so i went in there tonight and showed them and told them i want to go back to the dip. And eww the guy did not shape my nails, some of them r still rough and I get squared shaped and from the gel chipping most of my nails have round edges and he didnt fix them. 2 of them r broke super short n he left the rest long instead of cutting them back. Usually they aren’t this thin either. He also had me put my hands under the UV light which I have NEVER been told to do unless I got gel! Also normally they spend about an hour on my nails and I was finished in less than 30 mins! On top of it all I was charged full price! I am so upset bc I go every 2 weeks and am a really good tipper! I will never go back there!

I will never be going back, my new nail tech said that they didn’t file them down enough which means they were rushing. It was the first time visiting this establishment and the last since the experience was not the best. I ordered the deluxe pedicure and when I got home and touched my feet, they were still porous in certain areas. Dead skin without removing a total mess for the money I pay. What I paid for the pedicure was definitely not worth it, it was not satisfactory, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
